What do you enjoy most about the organization?

The history of those who have walked through these doors helped to make Ross/West View become the organization that it is.

Though some of these members may no longer be with us and or answering their career calling elsewhere, I appreciate the foundation, drive, and legacies that many of our current members uphold as a mission to be the best.

It’s a pleasure to serve those who strive to carry the RWV reputation. Members respond to a variety of emergencies at any given moment and are expected to be well versed as both medical clinicians and rescue technicians,. The diverse preparation, training, and education shines through one’s performance and often polished through peer accountability to be the best. Those that have passed through these doors can appreciate and agree, each individual is viewed as a vital component of organizational success or failure.

Always strive to be the best!!!!
