Scott Long moved to the City of Pittsburgh in the year 1989. Scott earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Economics at the University of Pittsburgh. Following his graduation, Scott attended the paramedic program at the Center for Emergency Medicine. In 1990, Scott joined Ross/West View EMSA following a recommendation from his preceptors during his paramedic program. In 2000, Scott was promoted to Volunteer Operational Supervisor. Scott continues to serve as a volunteer operational supervisor at Ross/ West View. Scott enjoys Ross/West View EMSA’s progressive medical approach, dedication to excellence, and attitude regarding high-quality patient care being a priority.
